‘Twas the night before Christmas eve’s eve… 1am in the morning. My flatmate ventured outside to put out rubbish and we discovered that the road had been blocked off and neighbours were drinking “Cola de Mono” and eating “Pan de Pascua”. Strangely enough, today I noticed an odd pattern with when I feel nauseous. It is usually after someone I am really fond of gets hurt, or leaves my life in someway. I didn’t realise the pattern until today, when a pending departure of someone I have become very fond of, occurred to me. (more…)

I saw Britney Spears live in concert last night, ahhh (imagine the screaming of a crazed fan). I wouldn’t say I could be awarded the “crazed” fan status, but I’m certainly your average, I like her music for the gym and dancing, kind of fan. To be honest, I didn’t pay that much attention to the media stream of Britney Spears until they started calling me “Britney” at the gym, and then at Mauy Thai. I like to think that I look like her, because really, who doesn’t want to be compared to a super hot international pop star. (more…)
